Mr. Felsher previously served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer-Worldwide of Grey Global Group Inc., one of the world’s largest marketing communications firms. He managed Grey’s financial operations and all other corporate functions, and oversaw Grey’s integration into WPP Group plc after WPP acquired Grey in 2005.

Mr. Felsher joined Grey in 1979 to establish its legal department and subsequently became Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman. Since leaving the company in 2007, Mr. Felsher has worked with a number of intellectual property and marketing services companies to help them achieve their business goals. He is a graduate of Dickinson College and Yale Law School.
