Business Development Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve new business sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Prospecting, lead generation and setting appointments
• Qualify prospects and close sales for new business.
• Maintain a detailed contact management database
• Identify and understand trends within client markets
• Work internally across departments and externally with clients to close transactions across the exchange

Background Requirements:

• 5 + years professional experience in the online marketplace with a role
in Business Development and/or Sales
• Proven track record of developing relationships with Publishers and Advertisers
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Need to have excellent prospecting skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Must understand the dynamics of working in a start-up environment
