Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall P&L of your accounts including billing and profitability
  • Function as the first point of contact with agencies and clients direct through internal and external customer communication
  • Maintain ultimate accountability for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and team leadership on assigned accounts
  • Work closely with the media planning department in the decision of which media vehicles and technology providers would be best for our clients
  • Analyze and communicate online campaign results and objectives to the Sales Team, Management and Ad Operations Team
  • Engage clients on a regular basis to evaluate the success or failure of digital advertising/marketing initiatives,and plans for course correction and/or continual success as appropriate
  • Work with Media Team and Ad Operations to make sure campaign optimizations are flawlessly implemented
  • Monitor campaign revenue and budget maintenance across publishers to ensure optimal delivery and optimal client results
  • Maintains primary responsibility for the quality,strategy and integrity of all TRAFFIQ products/services delivered to assigned clients; resulting in the cultivation of client loyalty and retention
  • Identifies opportunities for growth within existing client accounts/brands currently managed, and presents/positions new ideas to clients on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • DIGITAL MEDIA SKILLS
    • Keen understanding of the digitalmedia landscape and the interplay between publishers, technology providers andour clients
    • Worked with an adserver and reporting tools
    • Great understanding of technology and can easily learn new systems
  • TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
    • Background in working at atechnology company that services media clients is a plus
    • Quick grasp of new technology and beable to train others
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS
    • Ability to lead a team and be accountable for revenue
    • Ability to speak effectively and confidently before customers and internal team members
    • Ability to pitch new business with confidence
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task in fast paced atmosphere with an energetic team
