Sales Director
Description:
Our Sales Director will be an aggressive hunter that knows the online advertising industry, and can quickly identify the space TRAFFIQ occupies in the digital ecosphere. In this role, you will actively manage a prospect list comprised of the top digital marketers, work on our continuing efforts to develop our advertiser-facing services, and create and implement a winning sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing relationships with direct marketers and agencies
- Prospecting and closing deals.
- Working with agency-side team members on sales strategy, techniques and execution.
- Achieving aggressive business goals
- Source new leads and manage pipeline
Requirements:
- 5-10 years sales experience, either for a technology platform, or established online advertising company.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models.
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying needs both at the client and agency level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- History of being a top performer and repeatedly exceeding your goals and key performance indicators at prior companies
- Ability to sell to all decision makers across multiple departments, and drive deals to closure
- Historical relationships with agency selection consultancies, direct clients and agencies
