Meet Our IQ Management Team

Lori Goldberg

President

Lori is a veteran of the media industry with 18 years of client and agency experience, the past 12 focusing on digital. Most recently, she was a Client Partner overseeing Razorfish’s largest accounts. Lori was responsible for ensuring her clients’ long-term brand strategy as well as global vision. She guided teams of specialists in digital media, search, strategy, ecommerce, creative, website content creation, user experience and technology. Before joining Razorfish, Lori spent six years as a VP, Account & Media Director with Initiative Media/ID Media, where she co-launched FastBridge, their interactive media division.

Fun Fact: When not at the office, Lori can be found riding her bike or taking the drive to Killington to hit the slopes.

Ammon Brown

VP of Operations

Over the past 10 years, Ammon traveled a career path that has touched all facets of the search marketing business. He has managed large-scale campaigns in industries as diverse as enterprise technology, healthcare, gaming, pharmaceuticals, and tourism. Ammon has worked within search engines, with marketers, and with agencies, giving him a unique perspective on the search industry from many angles. Ammon currently spearheads the search and analytics department with IQ.

Clients Experience: Sleepy’s, 1-800-Mattress, Monster.com, Eli Lilly, Bayer, Medicis

Fun Fact: Ammon is a proud Brooklyn resident and avid skier. His year consists of two seasons: Ski boot season and flip-flop season.

Natasha Merez

Group Media Director

Natasha brings over 10 years of experience to IQ, spearheading media strategy, planning, buying, execution and analytics for clients across various verticals. She is a seasoned industry professional specializing in digital media with experience touching all aspects of our business including client services, optimization and ad operations. Prior to IQ, Natasha worked at OMD Digital, Beyond Interactive and Carat Interactive where she has successfully serviced clients in across the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, and B2B categories.

Fun Fact: Natasha hates walking through Times Square, but was forced to when she found out she was featured on a billboard.

Eman Abuella

Senior Director, Display Advertising

Eman brings a wealth of knowledge in the digital space. Her vast experience in media planning and strategy allows her to consult with IQ’s agency partners to provide the best course of action, ranging from innovative media planning to custom creative solutions. Prior to joining IQ, Eman was the Senior Media Planner at Horizon Media, where she lead the Halls and Ace Hardware digital media strategy. Eman is constantly probing for unique ideas and continuously pushing the boundaries for all of her client accounts.

Clients Experience: Bayer, Summer’s Eve, Xerox, McDonalds, Trump Hotels, ACE Hardware, The Versus Network

Fun Fact: She wishes she could make it stop, but sometimes she dreams about excel spreadsheets. And by sometimes-she really means once a week.

Stephanie Hoffman

Senior Account Executive

Stephanie manages IQ’s largest client engagements acting as the liaison and key client contact. She oversees the strategy and development of all campaigns ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction. Stephanie has P&L responsibilities and dives into client’s business to make sure they are meeting their ROI goals. She is proficient in using Atlas and Dart. Prior to joining IQ, Stephanie held various positions at Euro RSCG, Momentum WorldWide, IMG, and Deutche. Stephanie started her career at RR Donnelley as a marketing analyst.
